It&rsquo;s important that everyone who wants this upgrade expresses their interest as soon as possible or they risk being left out and will lose the chance to claim through the voucher scheme. Worse case scenario is we don&rsquo;t get enough residents onboard and the whole project won&rsquo;t be able to start. So please help us spread the word to your neighbours.
